Tammy Lentz is the owner and operator of Happy Paws Ranch. She got her start after opening her own kennel, Aspen Hollow Kennels, in Pennsylvania in 1997. Certified in boarding and training by Kromerhaus Kennels, she successfully fostered her business for over 25 years before making the move to Florida! Tammy lives at the property with her

After a break from the world of dogs, she missed the day to day operations of running a business and making sure that dogs receive top notch care when they are away from home. She was the perfect fit for Happy Paws Ranch after owning her own boarding, grooming and doggy dayc

After a break from the world of dogs, she missed the day to day operations of running a business and making sure that dogs receive top notch care when they are away from home. She was the perfect fit for Happy Paws Ranch after owning her own boarding, grooming and doggy daycare in New York for 20 years. When she’s not at Happy Paws Ranch she enjoys showing and training her own dogs.

Growing up immersed in daily animal care helped her develop a strong understanding of behavior, structure, and individualized attention. She is passionate about providing safe, attentive care and making sure every animal
Bailey has been around animals her entire life and brings years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and horses. Growing up immersed in daily animal care helped her develop a strong understanding of behavior, structure, and individualized attention. She is passionate about providing safe, attentive care and making sure every animal feels comfortable and understood. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys riding and spending time with her basset hound, Stewie, who keeps her laughing and reminds her why she loves working with dogs so much.
